Seven Treasures Art, an online gallery space, began trading in 2021, specialising in Japanese shippō enamels. The Japanese word 'shippō', meaning cloisonné enamel, is a contraction of the words 'Shichi' and 'Hō' , meaning Seven Treasures, from which the gallery gets it's name.
Phil has a decade of experience in the field of japanese arts, having seriously collected cloisonné from the age of fifeteen, and has a Master's degree in 'History of Art and Archaeology of East-Asia', so you can be confident in our exertise and knowlede.
Set up during the Covid-19 pandemic, the gallery operates online only, but is always looking for new clients and works of art. Please browse the website and don't hesitate to get in contact. We look forward to hearing from you.
